About This Role
As Chief Technology & Systems Architect, you will be the technical visionary and hands-on leader responsible for all aspects of our technology infrastructure. This role demands a unique combination of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and team leadership. You will design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable systems that power our business operations while staying at the forefront of technological innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- •Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering and IT teams
- •Design comprehensive technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- •Architect scalable, secure, and efficient system infrastructure
- •Oversee development of internal tools, customer-facing platforms, and integrations
- •Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery systems
- •Evaluate emerging technologies and drive strategic technology adoption
- •Manage technology budget, vendor relationships, and infrastructure investments
- •Ensure 99.9% uptime and optimal performance across all digital platforms
- •Lead digital transformation initiatives and automation projects
Qualifications & Requirements
- •12+ years of technology leadership experience with at least 5 years in senior roles
- •Deep expertise in system architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps
- •Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams
- •Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance requirements
- •Experience with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and enterprise software
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- •Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP, etc.) highly valued
- •Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
