Chief Vision & Growth Architect

As Chief Vision & Growth Architect, you will be the driving force behind our company's strategic direction and growth initiatives. This senior leadership role requires a visionary thinker who can translate ambitious goals into concrete action plans while maintaining focus on sustainable, profitable expansion. You will work directly with the executive team to identify opportunities, assess market conditions, and guide the organization through transformative change.

• •Develop and continuously refine the company's 5-10 year strategic vision and roadmap
• •Identify emerging markets, expansion opportunities, and potential revenue streams
• •Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across all departments
• •Conduct competitive analysis and market research to maintain industry leadership
• •Review quarterly performance metrics and provide strategic guidance to leadership teams

• •10+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in C-suite roles
• •Proven track record of driving significant business growth and market expansion
• •Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• •Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• •MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• •Experience in the steel, manufacturing, or industrial distribution sectors is a plus
