Executive Operations officer

The Executive Operations officer oversees the entire operational infrastructure of our organization. This hands-on leadership role requires someone who excels at process optimization, team coordination, and rapid problem-solving. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run like a well-oiled machine, maintaining quality standards while driving continuous improvement across all departments.

• •Design, implement, and standardize operational workflows and procedures across the organization
• •Lead and coordinate department heads to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
• •Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when needed
• •Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, system inefficiencies, and resource constraints
• •Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
• •Develop and manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning
• •Implement technology solutions and automation to improve efficiency
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners

• •8+ years of progressive operations management experience
• •Demonstrated success in leading large-scale operational improvements
• •Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management
• •Excellent problem-solving abilities and crisis management skills
• •Proficiency with ERP systems, operational software, and data analytics tools
• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• •Lean Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement credentials a plus
• •Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial sectors preferred
